Patient Information

So that we may offer cancelled or rescheduled appointments to other patients, we do require a 24 hour notice if you wish to change your appointment. Patients who fail to keep their scheduled appointment without giving at least a 24-hour notice will be charged a $25 fee. This is not payable by insurance.
